Got local dealer to order a m 38 for me 155.00 out the door in vg condition they say ,we will see .Hope i didn,t get hurt to bad really need it to go with other mosin i have. These guns can get habit forming.

Here in Southern Kaliforina I payed $99 for an arsenal reconditioned VG+ M44 w/accessories, $25 registration, 8$ tax, = $132 out the door.  Winchester White box ammo is running running around $22 a box for reloadable 180gr SP and FMJ, I see it is manufactured in The Czech Republic so it is probably made by S&B under licence.  What blows my mind is a bag of x50 7.62x54R Win brass, made in USA ?, runs $50, so it is a better buy to get boxed ammo then reload that!
