Gun Bans , searches , be careful !!

I don't know how to start this really , i have read all over the web ,on about all the forums how people are concerned about this ,or what is happening in this Country.
This is how the old west would have handled this ,and you will not find this in any news any where.
I'm going to try to get this as close as i heard it , I went to a ranch next to me to pick up my Daughter who is friends with the little girl of the ranch Foreman there.
When i walked up i saw the Rancher and three other men from ranches father south ,they usually don't say much ,are friendly and tip their hats to Lady's.
They are in their late 50s to early 60s ,look like Cowboys better than Hollywood could ever do ,skin like leather ,Fit ,and eyes like a predator.
They asked me to come over and drink a beer with them ,they were wearing side arms , revolvers ,and i asked one about the SAA he was wearing ,he was proud of it and i looked at it. Then we started talking about guns ,and i said i sure hope they don't try to ban them ,they all looked at me and i swear i felt like i was looking at the James gang.
 Then one who looked like jack Palance asked me ,Boy where did you hear that ? I said its been on the news ,and its all over the web and people are afraid what will happen . They dont want any trouble ,or the law comeing door to door takeing them . And they are stressed out about this Election , Taxes new Gun Bans .
Then they all said they don't even own a computer ,and don't watch much TV , then the Jack looking one said ,Son you don't need to be reading or listening to that Sh&t.
And if a Government is going to do that ,then that ain't your Government ,and they ain't got sh&t to say much less anything you need to hear ,or anyone else.
You were born a free man ,and you leave here a free man ,the good Lord made that choice for you when you were born . And all you need to do or listen to is what he wants out of you . Another one open up and said  ,Governments come and go ,where you are standing right now has been under 6 flags before this one . All four of us are 8th gen . ranchers .Our ancestors homesteaded this area when Washington was a place way out east .They fought Indians ,outlaws ,Mexicans ,and even the Blue and Gray ,to keep this land ,and most of them are buried behind my house .Now i fight Illegals ,thieves ,drug smugglers ,and meth labs ,and ill be damned if i will be the one who screws this up. The first one said ,our Family's have fought in every war this Country ever fought, some of them never came home ,and those people in Washington now ain't got nothing to say to me , and i wont listen to traders anyway . The Cowboy guns they carried  ,but they told  me they all had M1As ,and M1 Garands ,enough for every man there. Then they went on,,, God set you here to take care of those Children ,and that wife of yours ,and he made them free also ,stop listening to that crap and make make sure it doesn't interfere with your obligation  as a Father and as a Husband. You go get yourself a bone handled Fighting knife ,and an American Fighting rifle ,you learn to use that rifle like it was the finest tool you ever had ,and you don't let any man come up to you and tell you to give it to him .
And i am going to tell you something ,and you listen real close , Any man that comes on your property ,there to cause you or your family any harm or to take anything from you ,,,you kill the SOB ,and anyone with him ,no talking ,kill em , when you start talking it gives an outlaw like that time to kill you, and you kill anyone who follows after that and you ain't got sh&t to discuss, or listen to with trash like that .I don't care who sent them ,who they are ,or why .And if your family sees that ,its a shade better than watching them push you or them around ,tear up your home ,stick guns in their faces ,and destroy everything they know. Now i ain't no law breaker ,and i don't hurt no one , but a lot of good men died so that that sort of thing didn't happen here ,and if it is happening ,Then a lot more good and bad men are going to die.
And the way i hear on what little news i listen to the way those people in Washington are doing ,if they want it their way changing this Country to sute them ,then don't send men out here to hurt me or take anything from me ,they can come here themselves and try to change things ,instead of being the Chicken Sh&t cowards they are . We all saw that when they burned that place in Texas down with those women and children still inside , and the way they do things is worse than bush whackers ,and robbers . And they are trying to put fear in the people by doing that ,but that makes them nothing more than Thieves , Murderers ,and thugs no matter what clothes they are wearing , and men like that are always mean and evil ,until they meet up with a real fight ,then you see the way they really are.
All four of us here have come across some dangerous men before in our life ,and we have buried some friends who thought they could talk to them , and if they ever come around here acting like they did there in Texas with these little children around here , then the people who sent those boys have the blood on their hands.
And a lot of of good folks on both sides are going to die because of what those who sent them did .And you or me may be one of the dead ,but if thats the case i died a free man ,fighting for my freedom ,and i wont have to watch what this country has become. These men who Murder people ,instead of Hanging them they act like they got more rights than they person they killed. And These Illeagel Mexicans ,what they do with them aint right to the ones working for me who come here with their green cards and dont cause no trouble. Now the Police look like some kind of storm trooper . Yup i just got tired of hearing it , i just couldnt belive it anymore. And if folkes dont wake up soon ,like Floyd there said ,this land will then have 7 flags that have flown over it includeing the one we let happen . But i wont see it , its gonna be hardest on these kids.

Thats as close as i can remember ,it  was like things i wondered if others were thinking also . But these guys don't talk much ,but when they do they make sure you understand . These guys were born and grew up here when W.Texas and  NM were still 40 years behind the rest of the country .
I guess they grew up like this , and it was like hearing the way things were in the old west ,or damn close. and when they talk their eyes are not the same as ours ,they stare right through you and they don't seem to blink . And i do believe they would do exactly what they said ,if they hadn't done it before.
This was the real thing ,not Hollywood , and i don't think criminals or goons have come up on this before . In asking around i was told they rode in Posies ,going after some really bad men ,and had to go into a house or bar to capture some drunk and armed bad men.
And i hope no one has to ever see that side of them .

phalanx - those men do not stand alone.  It does not matter if you find men like that in west Texas or New Mexico or Montana.  You will also find them in places like upstate New York, Tennessee, Kentucky, the Carolinas and other places.  They may not be long time 6th or 7th generation ranchers or farmers, but they are men and women who will not tolerate oppressive actions by any government. 

Places like Waco and Ruby Ridge happened only because we allowed them to happen and because we took no action against them.  I find it interesting that although some of our forefathers took up arms and went to fight at the Alamo, none of us marshalled and just watched those women and children burn alive by the dark forces of government and no one, not the state of Texas or any of the armed militias so much as raised a whisper or came to their aid.  I find it more telling however that when something similar happened in Montana the goveernment took a much different tactic - they basically kept their distance and did not make the same mistakes they made at Waco. 

Yes, the American people should fear their government.  Will the government send in the airborne corps to pacify a city like New Orleans - no, they will send in out of state police and the local guard to disarm and incarcerate those who need help the most. 

It is true that the first fights will be when they come to disarm you and many will stand as those men have said they will and many will fall, but the actions of those will be a turning point for this nation. 

This will be neither subversion or sedition, it will be open revolution.  Only the government will call it insurrection.  We will call it a return to freedom.  We will have to fight for it and although it turns my stomach to have to think of it and what will have to be done and accomplished, it is nigh on necessary.

Will the state governments send nation guard to quell the uprising - possibly not and probably not in some states.  Other states may well send in their national guard.  Will the feds send in FBI or ATF, supported by federal troops - possibly, maybe even probably.  Will the local police with records on local individuals be involved - most likely.  Will it matter what uniform they wear - no!  All that matters is that they will come to take you and deny you your freedoms and you can easily picture the worst case scenario with your family and friends burned out and shot as they flee a burning home or just burned alive by govenment troops or local police - take it back to Ruby Ridge and the FBI sniper who murders a nursing mother holding her baby and who is then exonerated or any crime. 

When you consider that, and after you get your stomach back into working order, make sure you have ready access to all that you need to defend yourself, both from a distance and up close and personal.  And never, never believe a government that says this is for your own good.  JMTCW.  Mikey.

I've always believed that the second amendment was the people's means of keeping the government in check when all else fails.  What would happen if we finally got angry enough and had a million man gun owner march on DC and tossed out the bums?  We'd probably had to do that in each state capital as well.  Call it insurrection?  No.  It is just taking back what is rightfully ours - liberty.

Mikey : Waco isn't forgotten ,in Europe they still talk about the event ,and shocked they were that our Government acted Like Nazis.
Here the want us to forget . The story i told was really the way a lot of us feel ,but when you walk away after talking to men like him ypou are no longer afraid of the things a rouge Government can do .And you understand why he said ,,Do not Talk ...

I went over there this afternoon and he was outside working on a truck , he said Howdy ,did you hear all that ruckus on the radio today ?
I said you mean about the SC ruling . Yup thats it . I said the Media is already finding loop holes in it .
He said ,well if gun owners didn't act like such wimps it never would have been their in the first place would it ?
I think them Liberals are more organized than the gun owners are ,and that DC Mayer had the Ba$$s to tell the SC to shove it.
All i saw gun owners do is say they hoped the SC would help them on that ,Asking the Gov. to help you from the Gov. ,beats all i ever saw.
That 2nd Amendment ,you know ,that is one hard ass amendment ,and it is a law from what i  saw if it is abused.
It was written by hard ass men ,who had to kill men ,using a bayonet ,and at times with their bare hands .
They had seen more dead men than we ever even seen road kill , and lots of killing ,burning ,scalping.
They kept going  ,burying there Children along the way . And when they wrote that right ,i think they damn sure knew what they were talking about.
Americans forget that ,they forget what the Civil War was , And those men who made the Constitution ,they done that so we never would have to see the Horror they saw . And they hoped we were strong enough to resist any one who tried to change that.
Yes sir those were some hard men ,and when they wrote that 2nd ,you know what they were thinking ?
Oh they were civil about it , but they made sure we had the right to keep it alive.
And they were not panty waist about what it meant ,the 2nd Amendment isn't a, Love Poem ,its almost an order to us ,the people ,as well as a right.
Do you remember what i told you awhile back ,about your freedom ?       I said yes.
The same goes here ,and  ill tell you the way they wanted to write it ,and i guess they should have.
You have the right to keep and bear arms , to protect yourself and your family and to ensure that any man,Government or country doesn't try to take the rights .GOD ,and we have gave you away .or change them from what we intended them to be . and this right is yours to make sure they don't take or change any of the others .
 The Liberals don't understand what kind of men these fore fathers were ,and its there so we can remind them if we need to.
and like i said the other day ,If they do come up to you.or your family  , and try , you kill the SOB , and if you have to ,you stomp the Sh&t out of him and all the rest of them that came with him.
Because if you don't ,they will do the same to you.     Well he has some kind of wisdom.
Now that is an interpretation of the 2nd Amendment.

I don't know what to say to him when he says that stuff ,i know he is right, but he just up and says it.
I think a lot of it comes from the days when they didn't sit and think about what all this meant ,that's just what it meant and that's all there is to it.
Like after Pearl Harbor ,Guys were lieing about their age ,if something was wrong with them they hid it the best they could , even sneaking on the buses to the Basic training camps because everyone wanted a poke at the Japanese.
On the beaches of California after Pearl they lined up in their trucks ,with food and drinks ,and the old 30/30 just waiting for the Japanese Army to try and land here.
And they were disappointed when they didn't.
And what he said about the Mexicans who worked for him ,no reference about a fence or slurs ,only how the ones who work for him have a green card and don't cause no trouble ,and how no one gives them any credit.
Its like he and the people around him have tuned out the rest of the world ,and from story's i have been told in town about them when they were young ,they rode in possies after some very bad men.
Went into Border Bars and drug out some killer who was armed and Drunk ,and brought him back here to a jail ,here or in Texas.
And this was in the early 50s.
I'm not sure of his age ,but he had to be something like 17 years old.

It comes down to knowing what is right, and doing it.
People today spend a lot of time trying to find a big gray area so they can be comfortable. There's right and wrong - I don't see anything gray about it.
I have studied the constitution, some decisions that were handed down, read the Federalists and Anti-federalist papers and as much as I could on the mindset of our founding fathers. They came from a country that was governed by a Christian faith that excluded all others. They came to this land to start over and brought with them the concept that freedom was of prime importance. They held personal rights and the responsibilities that go with them to be part of a man's soul as shown through his character. If you insulted a man, his family or possessions you had to back it up with more than words. Today people fel that unless they get caught nothing is wrong. That does tend to blur the line between right and wrong for them. It doesn't change the fact that what is right is right and if it isn't right it is wrong. Black and white. Do it or don't but don't whine about it!

I can't talk like that to my congregation but here I am just one more name.
