Westernfield?
« on: November 06, 2008, 05:46:20 AM »
Hey folks,

Just wondering if anyone knows about the westernfield lever action 30-30? The one I have was given to my by my father. It used to be his deer rifle before he bought an m77 in 7mm rem mag. Anyways, I was just wondering if this gun is a re-badged Marlin 336? The gun has no checkering or anything like that, it's pretty plain jane. But, it shoots great! I'm getting about 1.5-2 inches at 100 yards. Thinking about getting rid of the scope though, it's a lyman all american 4x post and beam.
