youth bows

well i got  a bear archery youth bow and i think the draw weight is 35 pounds and could i use this bow for varmint(rats and coons) or bow fishing? also are field points OK for rock dove(pigeons) shooting?

for real can i use this set up for small varmints or fish? I know i have to get some blunts and i been using Terminator Jr.arrows and can i use these for bow fishing?

FWIW: In Minnesota a person can now use a bow set at 30 pounds for deer. (Although I think that's a little light)

here it's 35 pounds but i have a 50pound bow for big game. i got this light one for varmints and small game and maybe bow fishing.
