Just Found Something NEW..for me

IN recipes using ground venison, add about 1/8 of 1/4 # of chorizo sausage per 1# ground venison.  The chorizo sasuage adds a little spice but adds fat as well.  You can substiute this meat mix for just about anything and it is EASY
