First things first,,,,I am new to posting my words in this forum,,,,However,
I've been reading it for quite some time.
It's refreshing to find so many people here willing to unselfishly share their
hands-on experience in order to make this sport we share the best it possibly can be. My hat is off to every one of you!
With that said...(sorry about the soap-box).....
I've just purchased a M39 Finn 7.62X54 with a '42 "B" barrel...It's in very good shape, very tight,,,but it shoots approx. 11" high at 100 yds.
I understand this is the norm. at short distances....Ammo was factory loaded Norma 180 gr. soft nose/boat tail,,,,,Great Ammo.
Question: There was a fellow offering custom-cut blades for the rear site to compensate for short distance shooting...I lost his name.......
Any Help out there?
