Kinda makes me feel like I was in an implement shed in Hooker!




If you guys have not tried it, it is at Sams. Cut it up in 1 inch chops and grill it. Close your eyes and pretend that you will be shooting Prairie Dogs by morning!

I found those at our Sam's Club also.  Since the beginning of the month I have bought 9 packages for Ed's family and my family.  Great eating.  I just grilled some up Tuesday night Hmmmm good.  But I was missing the wind blowing.  I think Dan cut the chops so thick, not to impress us, but to keep them on the plate in that wind.
