Coyotes on Tuesday
« on: July 12, 2008, 03:29:17 AM »
Yotes open here on the 15th.  The .22-250 and the .357 are ready to go.  I'm getting the Huntsman ready now.  I never got one with an in-line ML, so I figured with the pelts so poor now, it's a good time to try it.
Keep both eyes open and make the first shot good.
The growing Handi/Sportster/Pardner/Topper Family:  .22 WMR, .22-250. 223, Two Superlight 7mm-08s and one .243, .30-30,  .308, 32-20, 18 inch .356/.358 Win., Two 16.5 inch .357 Max., 18 inch 38-55 BC Carbine, 16.5 inch .445 Super Mag., .45LC, 16.5 and 22 inch .45-70s, .50 Huntsman SS, .410, 20 ga., 12 ga., 20 ga. stimpy,
I'll answer for pete.
The only closed season is April 15-July 15, supposedly to let them breed unmolested, unless you are the property owner or his agent, for damage control.
Other than that, no closed season.

djw was close, but there is a little more to it. They also close during the firearms deer season (November 15-30) in the U.P. (Zone 1) and Northern Lower (Zone 2).

Thanks, Busta. I was going by memory only, and should have included that disclaimer.
