FlOOD... I almost lost my game cam...

Wow! I dam (that's dam, not damn)  near lost my game camera!

Our county and surrounding counties (central Indiana, north of Indianapolis) are either under water emergencies, flood warnings or watches... Some county roads are closed by order of the police. The lady who owns my deer woods called last night to tell me that the water was just one foot below my game camera... I couldn't believe it... That is a good one hundred yards from the edge of the creek, and sure enough, when I got out there this morning, I could see from the line on the tree that it had just missed flooding my camera...  

Who knows... Maybe I'll be the first guy in the history of game cameras to get a picture of a carp...

Whewwww...  :eek:  sure glad I didn't loose it...
