i have had good luck with it in all the calibers i have tried it in. i have shot the loads you mention but never n game so i cannot attest to its hunting performance.

I used Magtech in .45 Colt and have liked it very well.The brass also loads very well.I have only used for target,no hunting,but perform flawless at range......Rick

ive had good luck with the 44 mag 240s but no game just at the range

my cousin had the 44mag 240gr magtech fail to penetrate the shoulder blade of a deer at 40 yards out of a rifle...
