My Lyman 47th gives the following load to duplicate factory loads:

43.5 gr of H414 with a 100 gr Hornady #2453 and a Remington 9 1/2 primer.

This is also a MAXIMUM listed load so reduce it by 10% and work it up until you get an accurate load or reach maximum with no signs of excessive pressure.
Always stop and back the load down to the point before any signs of excessive pressure was seen if you get any signs of excessive pressure.
