If you had any doubt about buying a hi point ,here's something to consider. I called hi point about getting a scope rail and owners manual for my recently purchased ''used'' 995 carbine . you read correctly i purchased it used at local gunshop . I tell the nice lady on the phone its was purchased used , and what i'd like to order , she asks if i'd like anything else, so i ask about whether they normally come with a sling and take down tool , she says sure, I'll add that to your list . She asks if there is anything else and i say no, that should take care of it , what do i owe you .......... She replies.........nothing......... I'll get it out to you. The next day it was in my mailbox ( I only live about 35 miles away from hi point) . Thats the best customer service I've ever experienced
