Mike Britton here.
Being new to the forum, is there a page that explains all the abbreviations that everyone uses on the classifieds?
What does PM mean? I finally deduced that SPF means Sold Pending Funds, but some of the others are by me. Thanks, Mike

PM = personal Message , you can access them at your profile on the very top of any page . some of these are model selective like USH = Ultra Slug Hunter , while others are just shorthand .

FTF = Face to Face

FFL = Fed Firearms Lic. Holder / local gun dealer

WTT = Want to Trade

WTS = Want to Sell

WTB = Want to Buy

NIB = New in Box

Tupperwear = Molded Plastic Stocks

Palletwood = Plain wood or standard stocks

Lams = Laminated Stocks

UV = Ultra Varmint

A couple of more

I know that Stimpy said FTF is face to face and if you are looking in the classifieds that is true, but can also mean the following

This one got me too for a while FTF = Failed (or failure) to fire

SL = Super Light ( a rather slim, short barrel)

I still have to scratch my head once in a while to figure out what they are saying.

I guess I could use the name all the guys in the warehouse at  Deere gave me for a screen name...they called me "howlin' mad Miguel" 'cuz I was always pissed off at something, or someone. It's amazing what retirement can do for your stress levels.

Not to be confused with REMF. Apparently it's an old Army term. Always makes me do a double take.
