buffalo classic problem

was shooting my rifle today on the 4Th round my rifle wouldn't close got to looking and it had a piece of metal that broke off some were . it was stuck behind the ejector .any help please? thinks bill

it is a piece off metal of the rifle. the ejector  will let the round just go over it into the chamber. what ever broke has something to do with the ejector i do believe

Sounds like maybe the latch spring although I dunno how it would get out of the underlug past the ejector, or possibly part of the ejector itself, take a look at the pics in the FAQs to compare what it looks like. You can order a new part from Brownell's, they carry all of the ejector parts.
