With a serial number of 22xxx, your SBH was indeed made in 1966.

The first SBH, serial number 1, was made in 1959.  Production began in 1960 and went to serial number 1521 in that year.

The flattop 44 magnum was last manufactured in 1962, so there was some overlap between the flattop .44 Magnum and the SBH.

The steel Micro sight and the steel ejector housing went away about 1964-65.  I have a transition SBH that, when on the dealer's shelf had the Micro sight but an alloy housing, which I had swapped with the other SBH on his shelf with the opposite.  I have one of the very last all steel SBH Old Models, bought new in 1964 or 65 (?) My records aren't here with me at work.
