Mdl 92 Brass Receiver
« on: October 05, 2008, 01:10:21 PM »
Hello, does anyone know if the puma or EMF Brass Receivers in .357 can take full power loads for the 357?  I emailed puma about the .45 brass receiver and they said not to use full power loads. Forgot to ask them about the .357.

I have a Puma in 45 colt with the brass receiver.  I have never heard this.  I can't see how someone can build a gun that can't handle factory loads.  Too many lawyers around to pull that off.

Now I would agree not to load it to "ruger levels".

hello seb1008, im gonna go ahead and save you some headaches! If you ever need anything DO NOT CALL PUMA OF LEAGACY SPORTS. They dont know MUCH, because I've been there several times. The best thing to do is ask on here. Yeah your rifle should handle them perfect. They are excellent rifles!!! That is after you get all the kinks out!! hope that helps
