I'm new to cross bows.  When you pratice are you using the same weight field tips as hunting tips and is the trajectory the same?

My bow shoots the same with my field points as ti does with my B.H. but this isn't always the case. You need to shoot some of your B.H. to be sure. and if  they don't hit to the same or reasonably close to the same then you should use the B.h. you intend to hunt with.

The bolt is measured from end of shaft(w/out tip) to the other end (at the nock).I use Muzzy 125 gr. 3 blade(w/1 3/16 cut circle) on XX75 2219 shafts ( 20" bolts). My field tips and broadheads fly pretty close to each other........Rick

You need to check the poi of bheads regardless of anything.  Some new guys don't know this and unintentionally booger game.  "Just screw em on and go" is not always true! All things considered, if you use the same weight bhead as your field points, the trajectory will be nearly the same but poi might not be.  I don't know anything about your bow.  If it has the "umph" a 125 gr mechanical like RickyP described would tend to be easier to get same poi as field tips and help insure you don't go too light on arrow weight.  Hope this helps and you can't get too much practice, lol.

I shoot a Ten Point GT-Curve.  I shoot the Muzzy three blade BH.  Now the field tips do not shoot to the same POI.  However, the Muzzy BH's come with  practise blades.  These blades do shoot to the same POI.

As with everything else, practise-practise & more practise whenever you can.
