Has any one used a 7x65R to make an 06 based cartridge for use in a break action rifle? If so did you run into any problems? what process did you use?

Yes, there exist such a cartridge.  It is called the 30R Cooper Express.  You can find some information regarding it on some other forums.

The round was developed for the Encore platform, by Neal Cooper.

There is some info regarding these rounds at the Chase Mountain Custom forum and also on Specialty Pistol forum.
