since we have a dealer adv. the 35,300,7mm,338 do we believe rem is building them or just
a jump the gun old adv. ???

The 300, 338 and 7mm were new models with new frames but were cancelled in January(the 338 was cancelled long before that), but they're still on dealer lists as they were in the 2008 catalog, the 35Rem is a new product offering.
