Huntsman - 20ga Ultra slugger combo in SS thumbhole ?

I know it does not exist but I want one
I am going to be cleaning out the gun safe and setting up one gun for My Deer hunting (ML and slug)

What is the easiest way to get a NEF is SS frame, thumbhole stock that will fit a SS huntsman Barrell and a 20ga ultra slugger barrel ?

1) Find a SS hunstman, order a Thumbhole stock, and get it fitted with a 20 USH barrell ?

Is there an advantage to having a SS frame when using the ML barrel ? I could order a Thumbhole 20ga USH and get it fitted with a SS Huntsman barrel ?, would the ML "gunk" up the firing pin of a blued frame ?

Are there any "used" SS frames that I could by to "build" my combo ? (what part # would I look for ?)

There is only one way to get a SS frame as it is made in only one caliber to date and that is to buy the New Ultra Varmint45/70. It comes with the Thole stock you will have to find a used SS Huntsman bbl though as I thought they were out of them from the factory and the huntsman has been discontinued unless they found some SS bbl's in the move . There web site has a SS Handt rifle in 270 and 30-06,
Or could I find a used SS Huntsman and have 20ga USH barrel fitted to it ?

Those frames aren't stainless, only the barrels are, the frames are nickel plated. The SS 45-70 Ultra Hunter is the first and only stainless framed H&R ever made, it's a new offering for 2008.

When the manufacture lists Finish- Stainless, I thought it was stainless
So the SS Huntsman was a Nickle rframe and SS barrel ?
Can a 50 cal Huntsman be fitted with a 20ga USH barrel ?

If nickel plated will work for you, they will fit the 20ga USH barrel to the SS rifle frames as well as a nickel Huntsman frame if it was made since 1987. I think there were some older nickel Huntsmans that are too old to be fitted, but I'm not 100% knowledgable on Huntsman history, others would know tho.

Trying to decide on a new 20ga USH Thole and getting a 50 cal ML barrel
Or finding a used SS Huntsman and adding a Thole stock and 20ga USH barrel.

Does NEF still have the 50 cal ML barrels ??

They still list them but whether they have them is another question like Kurt said, give em a call and see what they say, toll free (866)776-9292. Another option is the stainless Sidekick or Heritage at Cabelas, ya can't put shotgun barrels on it tho and it's barrel won't fit other H&R frames, but it has a stainless barrel/nickeled frame.
