Belted mag. won't chamber.

Unless I manually pull the extractor fully rearward, then spring it down with one hand and chamber with the other. It's tough to get a finger in there, and if I wanted this much work loading I'd shoot BP.

I'd say it'd be near impossible to insert the cartridge behind the extractor on this one.

Any ideas before I start modifying parts?
