Was visiting relatives in Lakes Region of New Hampshire....Hmm map shows Rochester is only 30 miles away....  Made the pilgrammage to Fox Ridge outfitters...  Since some of you trustworthy guys were talking about touching and laying eyes on G2s, thought maybe they really did exist...  In the door, hook a right and directly to the gun counter.  Ask to see a G2...don't have any :cry:  :cry:  :cry:   What do you mean you don't have any....  TC doesn't give them any.  
   But :shock:  You can go next door to the factory and ask for a tour schedule, you can see one there...but it's Saturday...no tours.

  So I guess I can report that the shop is nice, the factory looks interesting and I still haven't seen a G2 ....  Are you guys really sure you've seen them?

seen one! heck i got one! :eek:  picked it up at the shop thursday, along with a 14" 22lr match barrel. it was a month or less coming in after i placed the order. i may pull the trigger on it tomorrow. speaking of which, i've already lightened up a bit.

You bet I have, and after handling it for a bit I had it set back and will be picking it up in a few weeks. I would have brought it home yesterday but I was there to pick up a stainless  35 rem. Contender that I had layed away.
