I just ordered a front bead shotgun sight and a security lock for a Handi from "Ilion".  The CS guy was Ron, very, very helpful.  I said "You sound southern, what brings you to New York?"  He told me he was in North Carolina.  That surprised me.  Just thought I'd let you guys know I had excellent service.

The repair invoice that was returned with my receiver/barrel had the North Carolina address at the top.

Customer Service is in Madison NC, the factory is in Ilion NY.

Thanks guys, but I'm not using it on a rifle.  It is replacing a clamp on a piece of farm equipment.  I have one on the other side and it worked perfectly.  We don't have little kids in the house, and a lot of times I need a loaded rifle NOW, so a lot of mine are loaded and ready to go.  I've got a lot of trigger locks and cable locks I don't use if anyone wants any.  Thanks again, Pete
