I have an older H&R 30/30 and with reloads I can not get them to eject, but on factory loads it works all the time.Is it my dies or what?

You can improve ejector function, see the FAQs.
What's the load data you're using that's causing the sticking?

Tim, the loads are Hornady 168 a max n135 27 gr
speer 150 bt n135 26.5 27 gr
Hornady 150 amax n135 26 gr
rem. 150silver tip n135 26.5

I'd polish the chamber and tune the ejector as shown in the FAQs and give it a shot.
