Why does it take SOOO long for H & R to get a barrel fitted ??
« on: September 18, 2008, 10:27:47 AM »
Why does it take SOOOOOOOOOOO long for H & R to have a replacement barrel sent out to a customer ?  I understand the change over with Remington and so forth, but in this day and age, it should not take long to get a barrel made up and fitted onto a customer's rifle.  What exactly is the manufacturing process that they go through that causes such a long delay ?
