The 45/410 barrel has no sights, just a bead and it isn't drilled and tapped for a scope rail, but can be. Some shooters have been "satisfied" with the accuracy after adding a scope/sights. If you want accurate, get the 45LC barrel, but be aware they probably won't fit it to any frame made before 1999, I was told that personally by Gordon at Gardner, whether Remington has changed that policy is unknown at this time. His reason was the closer tolerances of the late model frames and they're better built, but I believe it's a CYA to avoid problems from rechambers to Casull and 460S&W.
