Does it feed other ammo ok?  You might want to check all your screws, I've had that tie up the feeding on a few different guns.  Some one else may have a better answer for you, just wait here.  DP

The loading gate is your problem. You have to make sure the last bullet you put in is pushed in far enough that the loading gate closes. It is common for the pressure on the last shell you put in to be great enough that it will ride on the gate with enough friction to keep it from closing, which jams the gun.You need to push that last bullet in far enough to clear the gate. It kind of pinches your finger so it isn't a comfortable thing to do but you gotta do it.

Isn't there a different loading gate Marlin will send you for that ammo?

I think it's a different follower for the magazine spring for the Leverevolution ammo, but mine works fine with the one it came with.  Mine's a 1956 model.  The screw that holds the loading gate can get a little loose and cause things to bind up, I would check all the screws first.  DP

I would give the ejector a close look I had a friends that would do the same thing somehow it caught the back of the case and wouldn't let it clear the loading gate.

When you take the bolt out the ejector is left inside the frame and is now loose so don't drop it.

To get the bolt out open the lever about halfway' now take the screw that the lever pivots on out. The lever will come out and you can pull the bolt out the back of the action. The ejector will now fall out.
