700 BDL triger

I have a 700 BDL that has a trigger with a crisp release but far too many pounds.  Is this trigger adjustable?  If not, would money be better spent on a trigger job or a Timney replacement?  Thanks, Gary

some days I just need a bigger sign!   I just looked at the stickie above and see the answer is looking right at me.  Ain't giten old grand.
