I remember reading about using secretions from a dairy cow that is in estrous as buck lure. I think the article was by Charlie Alshiemer, but I can't be sure, it was a long time ago. There are a lot of dairy farms around here and I'm sure any of my farmer friends would be willing to let me have as much as I want. Has anyone ever tried this or heard that it works? Also, bear in mind that I'm not a farmer or even has much experience with dairy cows, what exactly would these secretions look like, and how much would an estrous cow produce?
