If it's got the detachable mag, or it's a Winchester Short Magnum round, it's centerfeed.  If not, it's a staggered internal mag.

If it's blind mag and the mag box is attached to the receiver it is staggered feed, if the mag box stays in the stock when the receiver comes out it is center feed.  If it is the new style DM(release on the bottom) or hinged floor plate model it is centerfeed.   Old style detachable mag(release on the side) it's staggered feed.  WSM rifles are short actions, so not 111s but the staggered feed models are CRF and the center feed models are push feed.

Thanks guys! I've got the staggered feed which, according to another forum this type is easier to find after market replacement stocks. I just got my scope mounted today hoping to get a chance to shoot it soon the crown looks great on it I gave the bore a good cleaning with some Rem. 40-X Bore cleaner and cleaned all the light surface rust off and the blueing seems good now, if she will just shoot worth a crap   ;D

i also bought the internal mag rifle savage 111 .25/06 im looking for a better than 3 inch group with it it aint got no heavy barrel its a very plain jane rifle synthtic stock and all told was good shooter ,maybe the caliber but the rifle has yet to prove its worth to me . i have shot some with it im used to rifle and trigger set up but now to find the loads it likes being a light barrel im lost on where to start with 100 gr nosler balistic tip bulletts  this should take a whittail deer or two or at least shoot farther than my shotgun
