I have an idea. If a US Senator, Congressman, local state rep, or state senator casts his vote for an anti gun law, its my opinion that that elected official violated their oath of office. The oath requires that elected offials uphold the constitution which of course includes the 2nd amendment.
Why can't we file cival law cases agianst these elected officials for violating thier oath of office ?
Are thier any civil laywer's out here that would like to comment on this or anyone else ?
In all seriousness, if an anti-gun-law passes, I think this strategy should be tried.
Thanks
