Anyone had any experience with this system? Good or bad, I'd appreciate hearing the Pros and Cons, please.

Let me start off saying I've not used one of these.

That being said, they've gotta beat my strap-style harness for comfort. The vest styling just looks comfortable. Still has the strap between the legs, but it wouldn't hold ya up if it didn't. Cost was a lot higher than my strap-style, but if I'd have had the money, I'd have gotten one.

I find my 4 point safety harness to be pretty comfy all things considered. In cold weather I put my goose down jacket over the top of it. I think the vest would be too darn restrictive for me.

I have used one for two years and it's great. In fact I like so well I bought my Grandson one last saturday. The gripe I have with it the tether strap needs to be a little longer. I would reccommend them to anyone.
