Some good news
« on: October 29, 2008, 01:43:37 AM »
This has nothing to do with cannons, but as many of you know my wife has cancer

yesterday she was operated on and they got the root cause, both ovarian & uterian

after some time for recovery she will need about 5 months of Chemotherapy

so it looks like I'll get to keep m'Lady around for some years to come!  ;D

On another note I need a knee replacement, but first things first.

 Very glad to hear, KABAR.

My Sister had breast cancer last year, but they caught it early. Tough times going through it though.

My knees are getting kind of crunchy too. Small cannons only for me anymore...

Allen,

My cousin had a tumor that was removed from that same area and then she went through the prescribed chemotherapy sessions; it is now ten years later and she is still c-free and doing great. Good luck.
RIP John. While on vacation July 4th 2013 in northern Wisconsin, he was ATVing with family and pulled ahead of everyone and took off at break-neck speed without a helmet. He lost control.....hit a tree....and the tree won.  He died instantly.

We have priorities here!  People FIRST, cannons later.  The above is our prayer too.
