If you mean a you have a 22mag Ultra, you can send it in for an accessory barrel, or buy a used 17hmr barrel and fit it yourself(see FAQs). But if it's a centerfire Ultra, it won't work with a rimfire barrel, you'll need to by an SS1 frame or a complete rimfire rifle and go from there.
