Has anyone used a Lee 200 grain round nose flat point in .44 (.430 ) size? I have a drawert full of molds, and many of them are Lee. The two best shooting bullets I have for my 44 mags are a Lee 240 grain swc gc, and a 310 grain round nose Flat point. The metpalt is to small for me on the 240, and the #10 doesn't have enough velocity for a combat load without a lot of recoil. I have some nice mild loads for it, but The speed is a little slow. I wouldn't mind using the 240, but it is gas checked, and as I say, has a Small metplat. The 200 grain might be ideal, if the metplat was big enough, and it was an accurate bullet.
