Not trying to be a smart azz, but you asked.
If you are just shooting paper, just get a taller front sight.
If you are looking to shoot living breathing animals with that load, please read on.
I would either get another loose powder or reduce you charge to 2 pellets, and get a better bullet. I would recommend the 350 gr Hornady FPB. Not only it it less expensive than PowerBelts, they are a MUCH better bullet. If you seen some of the PowerBelts I have put through my test, you would never give them a second look.
Do a google search for PowerBelt Failure or similar, you will have more reading than you could do in your lifetime. Most of those failures are with the even heavier 295 gr and 348 gr bullets, the 245 gr bullet should be a crime to sell IMO.
Sorry if it isn't what you want to hear, but most of the Big Box Store clerks recommend the pellets and PowerBelts because they really don't know any better. I have witnessed a failure first hand at only 28 yards with the 295 grainer, it would be irresponsible for me not to warn you IMO.
If you must use what you have, drop down to 2 pellets, I know you will not only shoot better, but the explosive bullets will perform better on game as well.
Do the google search, don't just take my word for it either.
The Company don't even recommend this bullet for a whitetail that is larger than 150 pounds, and does not recommend more than 80 to 100 gr of powder for shots under 100 yards. I wouldn't shoot anything bigger than a coyote with one. These bullets can and will explode on impact, just too unpredictable when ANY other bullet out there will do better. I personally would hunt with a roundball before I would shoot an animal with a PowerBelt.
