Mildot Master????
« on: January 06, 2009, 04:22:32 PM »
I just got a mildot master and was reading the book, they use references with drop charts with a 200 yard zero, but i see nothing saying i have to zero at 200. Do I have to zero at 200 for the mildot master to work correctly or will 100 work also?
Do any of you use the mildot master?

The mil-dot master won't "know" where you are zeroed. Its function is to convert your mil reading to a distance via the use of a known size target. The drop charts are not a function of the calculation.
