2009 MN Lottery Areas
« on: September 01, 2009, 11:47:26 PM »
So...according to the 2009 rules/regs.  Only one deer may be taken in a lottery area regardless of archery or firearm season.  Am I understanding this correctly, or is there anyway arounds this so I could take a deer in both archery and firearm season from a lottery area??  Trying to find some clarification on the issue before opening morning.

Thats the way it is...
I think that  the way it is set up this year we should see the deer numbers return a little.
I wish that they would take it one step further and eliminate party hunting (at least in the shotgun zone), we have so many people shooting deer for others besides the does they seem to be taking buck after buck and having someone else tag them and keep on hunting.
