Lyman Mustang Breakaway
« on: December 14, 2008, 09:42:13 AM »
Recently purchased a Lyman Mustang!  This is the first muzzle Loader that has felt good to me and it a sharp looking gun.  Beyond that I have no experience with the gun or with muzzle loading, and would like to hear any reviews you may have on the gun or advise on getting started with loading black powder.

very good and accurate muzzleloader 4 the money. I took a deer 80 yards through the timber with it on thursday. 100 gr 777 powder and a 250 gr barnes spit-fire expander sabot right in the boiler!

Had one for a while when they first came out, never could get it to shoot like I wanted so I traded it off. For the money you can buy a Knight,  T/C or the CVA Accura and have a better shooting rifle.
