Win Ranger 6.5x55
« on: December 01, 2008, 05:33:56 PM »
I had the good fortune having the winning bid on a new in the box with paperwork, Ranger in 6.5x55, the only thing lacking was the plain walnut stock. It was replaced by a Bell&Carlson. It's in pristine condition.  I'd never seen a Ranger in this cal. so was thinking it must be rare, but it will sure get it's use with me, I'm guessing it was a run in the mid to late 80's.

Anybody have any thoughts or info, it would be appreciated.

Thanks

Nice !

I've never even HEARD of a 6.5X55 M70 Ranger, much less ever seen one !

I bought the only 6.5X55 M70, I ever ran across - a Classic (CRF) Featherweight.
