suggested torque wrench for installing scopes,etc.?

Can anyone suggest a torque wrench for installing scopes,etc.
Please note/include the :source,model,item#.
I end up over tightening the screws.

I purchased one from my local snap on guy that I buy my work tools from... I may have gotten that mixed up and accidentally written it off my taxes!

The FAT wrench.  ;)

+1  I don't know how accurate it is but it seems fine and gives me confidence.
