I need to know which Leupold base and rings will fit on an old style 21" carbine barrel with the 4 hole mount?

The base for all Contender barrels, pistols/rifles, regardless of contour take the same mount. Some after market barrels will have six holes, which is just adding two in the same spacing pattern. The rings will have to match up in style to the base, typically medium height rings work well for 40-44 mm objective scopes.

Bases could be anyone of the following, #53556(blue), 53558(stainless), 50068(blue).

As to rings, that would depend on the height you want to go with based on the scope.  Myself, I would go with medium or high rings.  I find the low rings to bring the scope to close to the hammer for my liking.
