The Never Dull (I like the eagle brand) is good for scavenging up that surface rust.

Never dull wading can scartch, or make fine swirls

I tend to be vain about such things so I ran out to the garage to check...You were right, I may need a new back tire before this riding season is over ;D

The chrome?...it was looking very good. Maybe the Eagle brand employees a better wadding than other brands. I do make sure to flip that can upside down now & again to make sure the wadding is moist.

The simichrome is also some excellent stuff, just have to work at it a bit harder. The cloth diaper is number 1  on the polishing or buffing rag. Just make sure the bike is clean (read washed) before you start.

Never, Never, let the bikini babe's wash your bike. They might be fun to watch but you can also see them drop an already dirty rag onto the rocks and then pick it up and slap it on the next bike.

For the polishing on the paint I like to use the Meguires#7 show glaze metal polish followed by the Meguires#26 yellow wax. It gets so slick that not even a fly can hang on! The (Mothers) products are also great.

When you are done, pickup one of the original California Dusters but the one that is triangular shaped so as to work with the smaller surface areas of bikes. Keep it in the original package and shake it out before and after each use. They seem to work better & better each time and are great for picking up the fine magnetic dust that will settle and cling to your ride.
