Big Hext, I really aint sure. As long as it looks good and feels good. I found a new to me company called Sunbody that touts the palmleaf as being a very good and durable hat material but I've never seen one in person. I have never mail ordered a hat because I like to try them on for comfort and have always bought them from the stores. Problem is I have never seen a good grade sombreyo around here anywhere. I guess what I'm getting at is that I'm looking for an authentic looking Mexican hat that would be cool in the summer and would stand up to be being worn in blistering heat and stand a downpour without coming apart on me.
Any suggestions would be well appreciated. :-)
