T3 Hunter?
« on: November 16, 2008, 07:05:12 AM »
I like wood - any big reason not to?   The Lite is ugly, and I'm not out in bad weather much.  Plus I like blued barrels - any reason to get the SS model?   Do SS barrels heat up faster than blued barrels when shooting targets?  Thanks

Sounds like you want a T3 Deluxe.I like wood too but I hate to scratch it or even worry about scratching it.Mine is a T3 Lite synthetic/blued.It aint pretty but niether am I. LOL.1/2"-3/4" groups with factory ammo...now THATS pretty.BTW why are you concerned with barrels heating up in a bolt rifle used for hunting/target ? I look at it this way,I like sports cars but I would'nt drive one on a dirt road. Guns are tools, use the right tool for the job.And you will really like the Deluxe model.
