I'm still waiting on an answer, on if any third party candidate has received even 1% of the vote in the presidential race not counting Ross? What we need is leadership, not dividers, we don't need people that flip flop and support one candidate one day and another the next day. Sad thing is you aint gonna win the election on morals and issues, you are going to win on showmanship and flash. The people of America that decide the election know nothing of the issues, they only see the glitz and glam that the best salesman puts on for them. Ya know there are a few rude people on here that can insult and disrespect me all they want, sad thing is they are plain old too stupid to see that we are all on the same side. We are ALL fellow losers.
99% of all Lawyers give the other 1% a bad name. What I find hilarious about this is they are such an arrogant bunch, that they all think they are in the 1%.

Yes; the Republicans must be rebuilt..or a new party formed. I would like to see a new party, composed of Republicans plus all the conservative groups.
If this is going to happen though, the Republicans will have to dump or at least stifle, their "country club" wing, and the Libertarians will have to discover some cultural values..

In 1912 Teddy Roosevelt ran for president as the Progressive Party candidate. He garnered 27% of the popular vote.
What we need is people who can actually read and comprehend a history book.

The term "progressive"came from a splinter of the Republican party called"Republican progressives" who disagreed with the conservative wing, led by W.H. Taft. They liked to refer to themselves as the Bull Moose party, because TR featured himself as vigorus, strong and bold as a bull moose.
The Bull Moose party gradually dissapated after 1912..and the Republican party was reinvigorated after 1916.
The term "progressive" has been copped by today's far left Democrats, a misnomer at best. What is really so progressive about Socialism, Marxism or old style dictatorial governments?
