Tool Bar gone...

The Tool Bar/menu bar at the top of my page disappeared.  Comes back when the cursor is placed at the top of the page.  How do I get it to come back and stay at the top of the page?  Vista user....

Pull it up and right click.  You should be able to set it to stay using one of the drop down commands....I think.

When the Men Bar disappears, press the {Alt Key}.  :-X
Your 'Menu Bar' should appear at the top of your screen. :D
 
To keep the Menu Bar on the screen, Point & Click the {View} Menu.   :P
It opens a 'Drop Down' Window.  :o 
In the Drop Down Window; point at  { Toolbars }.   8)
In the side Window point & click "Menu Bar".  ;) ;D

Why the Menu Bar likes to disappear, I don't know. ???
