Accuracy of 7mm-08 youth/superlight
« on: December 08, 2008, 12:43:12 PM »
I know that the superlight /youth barrels are finicky when it comes to accuracy, as I had to tinker with my daughters .223 youth to get it to shoot good. I read a couple of opinions on here that the .243 was the most finicky round in the superlight barrels, but what about the 7mm-08's? Do they have pretty good accuracy given that you may have to tinker a little and definitely keep them cool to get them to shoot (And someone please correct me if I'm wrong that the superlight barrels and youth barrels are the same)

There is no such thing as a 7-08 superlight barrel it is a misprint in the Handi catalog.
99% of all Lawyers give the other 1% a bad name. What I find hilarious about this is they are such an arrogant bunch, that they all think they are in the 1%.

As Billy said, there is no 7mm-08 Superlight, the youth or compact(as they call it now) 7mm-08 has a standard contour 22" barrel with a youth stock. It's been corrected on the website, may still be wrong on accessory barrel pamphlets.  :-\

Didn't know that. Thanks. ;) I'll have to change my post in the classifieds.
