ROCK CHUCKER MASTER SET

FOUND THIS KIT AT WALLY WORLD FOR $277 PLUS TAX. WHAT ELSE WOULD I NEED OTHER THAN OBVIOUS, BULLETS BRASS, POWDER, PRIMERS, DIES?
IS THIS BEST TO START OUT WITH? 25-06  30-06   243    223

You will also need a dial caliper to measure trimmed case length and COAL (cartridge over-all length) as well as dies and components.  Eventually you will need to buy a brass tumbler to clean used brass.  That should be enough to get you started unless I have forgotten something else that is not included in the Master kit.   The dial caliper is not optional, and I don't know why RCBS doesn't include in the kit.

I don't think there is a case trimmer in the Rockchucker kit....you'll need one for most  rifle cases.

I am pretty certain the case trimmer and some pilots and shell plates come with the " RCBS Master Kit" but not the standard kit.

Had you bought it from GBO Sponsor Midsouth Shooter's Supply you could have gotten it for $259.99 and unless you live in TN would not have even had to pay tax on it. So much for Wal-Mart's "Lowest price always gurantee".
