hey guys i was thinking of buying a new 44 handie . it has the new stock . i think it's a little thinner. it also has checkering it's the plastic one. my old one shot great . how do the newer ones shoot . thanks for any info

New ones should shoot a lot better. I have one of the older, overbore ones, and you can see my post further down. The newer ones are supposed to have the correct .429 bore. The older ones are usually about .432 or so.

Just a heads up, the 2008 model 44mag with the new stock style is likely an SB1, you can only have shotgun or huntsman barrels fitted to it if you're considering other barrels for it.
